Sessions are fully virtual and available to New York residents ages 15 and older.

In therapy, you’ll have a supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface while gaining deeper insight into your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. You’ll develop tools to regulate emotions, respond more intentionally, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
